Electro-Magnetic Door Holder/Release
• For use on fire/smoke barrier doors hold open until released by a remote switching device. Can also be used to just hold door.
• Special Electrical Circuit field selectable Tri-Voltage - 12V DC, 24V AC/DC, 120V AC
• 30-45# holding power
• Easy wire installation with quick insert connector
• Available in US28, Sprayed finishes
• Armature is thru-bolted for security and can be provided with any projection required.
• Armature extensions available for unlimited projections and/or 120° Swivel Extension
• Armature design will compensate for centerline misalignment up to 1/4" with double swivel and pivoting ball
• UL and ULC listed
• California State Fire Marshall Listed
• City of New York MEA Approved
• Low current design
• Meets ANSI/BHMA requirements 156.14
